I absolutely adore covering weddings in people’s gardens, farms and land. There is always something so incredibly family orientated and highly bespoke about the wedding and Charlotte and Chris’ beautiful summer garden tipi wedding in Itchenor was no exception. As a Sussex wedding photographer, Itchenor and Chichester is such a beautiful location for a wedding, especially making use of an intimate family home location.
Their granddad graciously allowed them to set up an amazing wedding in his beautiful garden and wow the details were a real delight, including the use of a private jetty on the Chichester Harbour for photos.
With pastels and sages, this blush inspired wedding with bright pops of colour, the boys with their indigo blue suits and even nautically inspired cuff links (check out those photos!) everything was beautiful. Admittedly the sword cutting of the cake was interesting as I am used to just a knife.
Towards sunset we headed out to the private jetty overlooking the Chichester Harbour towards Bosham and it was so peaceful, it was perfect summer, and I think you will agree how amazing Charlotte looked in her stunning dress. Everything about their day was captivating and it warms my soul looking back on their day. That’s the beauty of being a Sussex wedding photographer in such a beautiful part of the world.
I can only wish Charlotte and Chris many years of happy marriage together, it was a real pleasure to be a part of capturing your day! x
